Mile warmup and cool with four mile repeats in between. Felt pretty good during but after I had a major headache. Hope this doesn't continue to happen.

Four mile easy past Hot Nails, or Arctic Cat, or whatever we call it now. Felt great during this. 2x300's after in which I think I did really well. Striders at the end. Took them slow but it was a nice cool down and I felt good.
